Task

We are looking for a new team member who would enjoy combining the worlds of business analysis and project management. We believe that these two fields complement each other perfectly and this approach has already proven successful for us.

If you have experience in either business analysis or project management and are open to developing in the other area, you’re in the right place! You don’t have to be perfect in everything, it’s enough if you’re confident in one of the roles and motivated to learn in the other. We offer a flexible and diverse position where you’ll always have the opportunity to learn new things and play a valuable role in our team.

You can expect tasks like these:

  • Gathering, documenting and analyzing client requirements
  • Preparing specifications and aligning them with stakeholders
  • Modeling business processes and supporting their optimization
  • Project planning, creating timelines  and tracking progress
  • Communicating with the internal development team and the client about project progress
  • Managing risks and resources throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Preparing reports on project status and outcomes

The team

Our team is continuously expanding, and thanks to our approach towards employees, many colleagues have been strengthening our nearly 50-member squad for years.

In addition to the development group, we have separate dedicated IT security and QA teams to ensure proper security and high quality consistently. The DevOps team also contributes to stability.

In work, the entire company delivers results, while in private life, our running team does.

Our company is located in the downtown of Kaposvár, in a picturesque setting, on the first floor of the Future House in Okospark. Our office is easily accessible.

Qualifications and skills required for the position

  • At least a secondary-level education (high school diploma)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or project management
  • Ability to see the big picture, quickly identify problems and effectively find solutions
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, whether with teammates or clients
  • Organized work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals and how to carry a project from planning to execution
  • Accurate documentation skills to ensure all information remains traceable and transparent
  • Confident use of both Hungarian and English in writing and speaking

Nice to have

  • Higher education degree
  • Business Analyst or Project Manager certifications
  • Previous experience in client requirement-based software development projects
  • Experience with applying artificial intelligence in business analysis or project management work
