Who are we?
The founders of our software development company, Endre Jóföldi and Károly Kása, started working for the NIH (National Institutes of Health, USA) at the end of 2001, developing ToxSeek toxicology and other search engines, as well as language tools. Building on their acquired experience, they established our company in 2008 so that we can serve our growing number of international and Hungarian customers even better. We have a stable team with low turnover, for which our clients are also very grateful, as we can finish the projects with the people we started with.
Our team
Our team is constantly expanding and many of our colleagues have been strengthening the team for years because of our attitude towards our colleagues. In addition to the development team, we also have a dedicated QA team to ensure constant high quality. The DevOps team also contributes to stability. Our UX/UI design team has been completing our range of services since 2023.
We consider continuous development important to always provide the best services to our partners, search for and apply the latest methods and technologies. Our software developers often hold internal training sessions, and the whole team regularly gathers to enjoy each other’s company in an informal setting.

Project Manager Professional
We are proud to share the news of our colleague Zoltán Faragó’s achievement. This year, Zoli successfully earned his PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification after a long process of dedication and preparation.
Here’s how he described the journey:
“When Precognox adopted a new strategic direction and we planned our entry into the U.S. market, the PMP certification became even more important. It is globally recognized as the most significant professional certification in project management, and it’s often referred to as the ‘gold standard’.”
Since 2023, Zoli has been persistently preparing for the exam. He attended preparatory courses, took practice tests, and finally, in 2024, his hard work paid off. However, the work doesn’t stop here—over the next three years, Zoli will need to earn points through self-study to maintain his certification.

- We are the founders of the IT Teacher of the Year Program in Somogy, the aim of which, together with local entrepreneurs, is to provide IT teachers with the opportunity to expand their educational tools
- We regularly hold career guidance lectures for high school students in order to help them find a job
- We contribute to access to open data at the societal level
- We have been cooperating partners of the DIGIWHIST project for several years,
- which reveals the corruption risks of public procurement
- We have also collaborated with the organizations King’s College London, Sheffield University and Trip Database in the framework of the KCONNECT H2020 project to improve healthcare systems.

- In cooperation with the CEU Department of Economics, we also processed the Hungarian public procurement notices, which helps to curb abuses and is therefore particularly useful for the economy
- We are members of the MI Coalition, which aims to promote social and economic well-being by creating the artificial intelligence strategy in Hungary
