We are looking for a full-time software tester to join our new, modern office in Kaposvár. Our company specializes in software development, and due to the increased demand for testing tasks, we are seeking a new team member.
The testing team works to ensure that the software we develop is of the highest quality, user-friendly, and easy to operate. The software tester tests the completed programs based on documented test cases and identifies any deviations in the program’s operation. You can read more about software testing here.

Our team is continuously expanding, and thanks to our approach towards employees, many colleagues have been strengthening our nearly 50-member squad for years.
In addition to the development group, we have separate dedicated IT security and QA teams to ensure proper security and high quality consistently. The DevOps team also contributes to stability.

Qualifications and skills required for the position
- Education: Minimum of a secondary school leaving certificate (High School Diploma / Matura).
- Language Skills: Active, conversational proficiency in English (both verbal and written), which is essential for communicating with international partners and coordinating professional tasks.
- Digital Literacy: High-level computer skills and an affinity for quickly mastering new software environments.
- Analytical Mindset: Logical, systems-oriented thinking; the ability to see the “big picture” and precisely identify the root cause of errors.
- Customer Focus: A user-centric approach—you don’t just look for bugs, you focus on how to make the product smoother for the end-user.
- Communication: Clear, concise phrasing when writing bug reports and collaborating with developers.
- AI-Assisted Workflow: Proficiency in using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to enhance the efficiency of testing processes (generating test cases, checking documentation, interpreting code).
- Independence & Synergy: The ability to manage tasks independently while actively supporting the team’s collective goals.

- Specialized Studies: A higher education degree (University/College), primarily in IT, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
- Professional Experience: Relevant work experience in the IT sector or prior participation in software development lifecycles.
- Programming Basics: Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript or Java) to assist in understanding automated testing processes.
- Perseverance & Precision: High tolerance for monotony and keen attention to detail, which are essential for repetitive testing cycles and exhaustive quality checks.
