He now passes on his business and life experiences as a coach. His specialties are Cognitive behavioral business and life coaching, resilience development, Keynote speaker. On this special occasion, he will become an advocate for the society of the disabled.

Dr. Kemény Péter CPACC, ADS

Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies and Accessible Document Specialist. He entered the world of accessibility nearly ten years ago, when he participated in the creation of the Web Accessibility Directive and related regulations on behalf of the European Commission. Since then, he has been dedicated to accessibility, adding technical knowledge to the legal background. Today, he is one of the few certified document barrier removal experts in Hungary.

From handicap to emancipation

Anyone can suffer severe trauma at any time and become temporarily or permanently disabled. In the absence of communication, the greatest danger is loneliness and isolation in business or public life.  Almost every aspect of our communication and our lives is deeply embedded in the Internet presence.  Anyone who fails to do so is taking a risk.The presentation is about how disabled people experience the world of obstacles and how a barrier-free digital environment can give new hope. If you want to live a fuller life, take the opportunity!

Legal expectations: who, what and how?

The classic, previous regulations on equal treatment have recently been supplemented with specific rules on accessibility. The presentation provides a brief overview of what the legislation expects: who and what must be met, and how can we meet accessibility expectations?

Investing in accessibility: humanity and inevitable profit

How can we be sure that accessibility is a profitable investment if no one has ever measured it?
In the presentation, supported by studies and logical arguments, we will explain why and how the money and energy invested in web barrier removal pays off.

Questions, roundtable and networking

After the presentations, there will be an opportunity to ask the experts questions. In the round table discussion led by the host, we can also get answers to unanswered questions.
